PREPARATION

All walls are sanded and cracks are filled with a polymer modified filler and sanded to a smooth finish. Prepared walls are primed where repair work has been carried our sanded again before finishing coat is applied. All damp is chipped off to brick and a tank and slurry mixture is applied before plaster mixture is applied containing Rendegaurd gold which removes salts from render preventing any water precipitation.

FINISH

All Plastered areas are primed with Dulux Eco-sure plaster primer ( Green Product).  All Parapets and window sills recieve two coats Dulux Rainshield.  Walls are sanded and two coats Dulux Weathergaurd Premuim choice exterior textured coating with Maxiflex is applied.
